DESCRIPTION:\nExperience nature’s very own light show! This program is pe
 rfect for families with kids 9 and up—who can handle a little nighttime 
 walking\, participate in games and activities\, and safely use nets to obs
 erve fireflies up close. Bring your flashlight and sense of wonder as we e
 xplore the magic\, mystery\, and surprises of bioluminescent insects. Enjo
 y cookies\, play an insect-inspired game of flashlight tag\, and see if yo
 u can spot or catch a few fireflies before releasing them back into the ni
 ght. A sparkling mid-summer adventure the whole family will love!\n\n\n\nW
 hat to Expect:This program is entirely outdoors. Time will be spent on a l
 eisurely walk with frequent stops. Our walk will be about 0.75 miles\, wil
 l be a round-trip\, and will conclude at the Kensington Nature Center. The
  path is dirt and gravel and mostly flat and level. A group activity or ga
 me with instructions will be involved.\n\n\n\nAges: 9 and up. Children mus
 t be accompanied by a registered adult. $5/person\n\n\n\nPre-registration 
 required by 4p on July 17\n\n\n\n\n
