You’ll find comfy chairs to relax and feed your baby, plenty of floor space for roller and crawlers, and a play kitchen/nook with toys and books for toddlers.

This group is hosted by Jill Mailing, IBCLC of Integrative Lactation Care & Supported Sleep. Many parents come to ask questions, but many simply come to hang out and do some group tummy time!

They hope you’ll drop by!

 All feeding methods welcome
 No agenda, no pressure – come in your PJs and just hang out
 Low-key, no-judgment space
 Check out the resource library of postpartum info, baby carriers, books, & more
 Make new friends!
 An IBCLC is on hand for feeding/sleep questions if you have them

The group is geared towards parents of infants but toddlers are welcome, too.
