Event Description

Join AADL for an exciting one-day event featuring a broad selection of art books from the extensive collection of artist Martha Armstrong. Starting her collection in London in the sixties, Armstrong developed an impressive library from around the world that has been generously donated to the Friends on her behalf.

Hundreds of books from prehistoric to contemporary art for sale 50 to 70% off current retail value. There will be plenty of $2 books as well!

There will also be a silent auction of some of the rare and higher-value books in Martha’s collection from 12pm to 2pm the day of the sale. All winning bids must be processed by the end of the sale at 5pm.

Visit https://www.faadl.org/specialartbooksale starting Friday September 22 for a listing of titles that will be included in the silent auction.

For teens & adults. Held in multi-purpose room.
