All aboard! Thomas the Tank Engine invites little engineers to join him for a day of big adventures and even bigger memories at Day Out with Thomas. Children can spend a day with their friend Thomas when the #1 Engine pulls into Greenfield Village on May 3-4, 10-11, and 17-18.

This fun-filled event offers children and their families the opportunity to take a ride with Thomas the Tank Engine, star of the popular Thomas & Friends™ series. In addition, they will meet Sir Topham Hatt, Controller of the Railway and enjoy a day of Thomas-themed activities including toy play, photo ops, and more.

Time: 9:30am – 4:30pm

Tickets go on sale March 26 for Henry Ford members and April 2 for others.

Day Out with Thomas Schedule

• A 20-minute (approximate) ride with a talking Thomas the Tank Engine
• A Meet & Greet with Sir Topham Hatt, Controller of the Railway

Tickets for Day Out with Thomas go on sale March 26 for Henry Ford Members and April 2 for the general public.

Ticket prices (tax, service charges and fees may apply):

• Members of The Henry Ford (aged 1 and up) – $17
• Adult non-members – $54
• Senior (62+) non-members – $50.25
• Youth (5-11) non-members – $44.75
• Children (1-4) – $17

Save $4/ticket by purchasing the afternoon special with a timed train ticket starting at 2:30p (available until 4:30p)

There is a $9 parking fee for non-members.

They also offer a Railroaders Brunch each morning. The brunch runs from 9-10a and then includes admission to Day Out with Thomas and a 10:30a ride on Thomas. There will be a visit from Sir Topham Hatt, railroad themed storytelling and music form Picks & Strings Stringband. Brunch pricing (including Day Out with Thomas) is:

• Senior (62+) non-members – $78.25
