Event Description

For the past 63 years, the Concerto Concert has showcased the skill and dedication of Pioneer High Schools student-musicians.  How we wish that each of the fine young musicians on the stage could perform a concerto, alas, only 6 were chosen from a deep pool of talent and musicality!

This year, the Slauson and Tappan Orchestra will start the show!  When Orchestra Night was cancelled, these young musicians chose to bring their well-practiced pieces to Pioneer.  What a wonderful way to see the full spectrum of musical mastery: from middle school to senior year!

Supporting these seniors is the Pioneer A Cappella Choir.  And the Pioneer Symphony and Chamber Orchestras, who have worked tirelessly with each soloist.

This concert is not to be missed!  However, if you can’t get to Schreiber Auditorium, the Concerto Concert will be Live Streamed here http://pioneerorchestras.squarespace.com/home-concerto
