School Lunch Recipe Pepperoni Pizza Biscuits
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450F
  2. Dice pepperoni and onion and chop basil
  3. Mix biscuit mix, cheese, pepperoni, onion, and basil in a large bowl
  4. Add Milk and Stir until the dough is thoroughly moistened
  5. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto a cookie sheet (I baked on a Silpat)
  6. Bake for 9-11 minutes, or until biscuits are a golden brown (Cooking time will vary based on size of the biscuit)
  7. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping

Feel free to substitute whatever pizza toppings your family prefers.
