Maple-Soyaki Salmon - Dinner is Served
Instructions
Preparation
  1. Place Salmon Filet skin down in a 15x10 baking dish or similar for marinating.
  2. Mix Syrup and Soyaki in a bowl and pour over the salmon.
  3. Refrigerate in marinade for a minimum of 2 hours. Spoon marinade over salmon every 30-45 minutes.
  4. Soak Cedar Plank in water for a minimum of 1 hour before cooking
Cook Salmon
  1. Preheat grill on low heat using all burners
  2. Place salmon on soaked boards, brush with additional marinade, and place on grill. Lower the grill temperature by turning off the burner under the board and turning all other burners to low.
  3. Cook for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Transfer the board to a serving platter and serve on the board.
