FitPoint Offers Classes for Kids and Families

FitPoint offers Yoga, Pilates, and more fitness classes for adults, children, and families. They offer classes on a drop-in basis, through class packages, or through memberships. Below is a listing of their current classes for kids and families.

FitPoint Yoga Studio




FIT MOM & BABY               Mondays and Wednesdays at 2:30pm

We welcome baby to join you for this Pilates and full-body conditioning workout to reactivate and re-engage you in fitness. Our instructors offer modifications and different ways to entertain baby, and encourage nursing, bottle-feeding or diaper changing if necessary.

FIT TODDLER & PARENT    Fridays at 3pm – No longer offered


This class is designed to get your toddler moving while having lots of fun. This is an important age when coordination, balance, hand-eye coordination is developed and we will make sure that all our fun exercises will challenge your little one in a fun and safe environment. Parents will be our “helpers” and might participate in some of the games/exercises.

They are offering a 4 Friday package for $40 starting 2/26 until 3/18.

Age group: walking – 4 years

Fit Point Parent/Child Classes

FIT KIDS CONDITIONING        Fridays 4:30-5:30pm

This class gets kids moving with cross training and strengthening, and a variety of explosiveness, agility, balance and flexibility exercises. It builds skills for any sport, or helps kids just be fit and healthy. 

Ages: 7 – 13.

FIT & CREATIVE YOUTH           Saturdays 1:30-2:30pm

We focus on strengthening and stretching muscles, gaining mobility while breathing and enjoying working out. This creative class blends strengthening, stretching and Pilates with up-beat music. 

Ages: 7 – 13. 

KIDS & PARENT YOGA             Sundays at 3-4pm

For children between the ages of 7 to 13. Shimeng seeks to create a fun, nurturing and safe environment for kids to release stress and expectations. The sessions will cultivate self-love and mindfulness while exploring the foundations of yoga beyond just movements. We will have fun activities and games with an underlying theme and story.

If your child is remotely interested in Yoga then our class will expand their curiosity and enthusiasm for the topic.

• The classes are scheduled for 45 minutes, with 15 minutes at the end for optional parent child interaction
