2016 Ann Arbor Easter Events
Easter is in only two weeks (Sunday, March 27), which means Easter themed events are starting to happen in Ann Arbor and surrounding communities. I’ve gathered as many Ann Arbor Easter Events (as well as some in surrounding communities). Our March is extremely busy this year, so I’m not sure that we’ll get to attend any of the events this year. Of course, at age 10, my daughter has outgrown some of the events.
This year, the Ann Arbor Jaycees and Pittsfield Townships have again combined forces to co-host a single Spring Eggstravaganza at Lillie Park South this year. The Ann Arbor Jaycees Event has always been my favorite Ann Arbor Easter event.
Of course, don’t miss the Easter Bunny at Briarwood Mall! I love this photo of my daughter at age 5 with the Briarwood Easter Bunny.
If you’re willing to drive beyond the Ann Arbor area, my daughter and I really enjoyed the Toledo Zoo’s Breakfast with the Easter Bunny in 2014. They are holding their breakfast on both Friday, March 25 and Saturday, March 26 this year.
Skyline High School’s Wrestling Team has a great fundraiser this Easter! They will hide your eggs in your front yard for you. Get all the details.
Easter Closures & Brunch
Easter is one of those holidays where some locations are open and others are closed. I have put together a list of which places are open and which are closed on Easter Sunday.
Easter brunch is a great way to celebrate the holiday. If you haven’t made plans yet, I’ve put together a list of Ann Arbor Easter Brunch options.
Ann Arbor Easter Events
If I have missed any Easter events, please let me know so that I can add them to the events calendar. The current list of Easter events is listed below:
